Beetroot Cupcakes
Some days are for eating everything 'healthy' and then there are cupcakes! I was craving for some cupcakes and then these happened. At the end of the day they're cupcakes but I tried to incorporate some grated beetroot to get that color. Um-hmm they're beetroot and whole wheat cupcakes with EVOO and cane sugar. Sounds yum?
