Spaghetti with Teriyaki Mushroom
Mushrooms are my go-to when I fall short of quick meals. This weekend it is Teriyaki Mushroom with spaghetti.
I could not believe how quick my meal was prepped and how delectable it looked. The smokey-sweet flavour of the sauce is so gripping. I could not resist the temptation to taste those beautifully glazed mushrooms. Those cute broc florets to add green element and the crunch.
Ingredients:
- 7-8 Mushrooms
- 4 tbsp of Teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup of broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp of Oregano
- 1 tbsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of paprika
- Oil
- Salt
- Brown rice glute free Spaghetti noodles
- 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- In a saucepan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil on a medium flame.
- Wash the mushrooms and slice them vertically.
- Add the mushrooms to the sauce pan and saute it for about 5 mins.
- Add ginger-garlic paste to the mushrooms, salt, oregano, pepper and paprika
- Meanwhile in a deep heavy bottom pan, boil the noodles.
- Once the noodles are al-dente, drain the water off.
- Transfer the drained noodles to a mixing bowl.
- Add Teriyaki mushrooms to the noodles and serve.
